A-MAX Insurance is seeking a Remote Store Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team from a home office. You must reside in Texas and hold an active Personal Lines or General Lines P&C license.

We value a strong sales mindset and customer focus to help clients choose the right policies. Educate customers on auto, home, renters and other products, meet monthly sales goals, and participate in licensed training and licensing assistance provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Texas Personal Lines or General Lines P&C license for at least one year
• Previous Insurance Sales experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
• Must reside in Texas and work remotely per policy

Responsabilités

• Ask probing questions to understand your customer’s insurance needs
• Educate and recommend coverage choices based on individual needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and metrics
• Provide information on products such as auto, motorcycle, renters, home, travel
• Complete continuing education courses as required to maintain active license status with TDI
