Qualifications

• 2+ years of district, multi-unit, or multi-agency leadership experience.
• Insurance or financial services background preferred.
• Proven success leading leaders (e.g., Sales Managers).
• Track record of driving revenue growth and team performance.
• Strong experience recruiting and developing sales talent.
• Active Life, Health, and P&C licenses required.
• Comfortable with regular field travel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
