Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a district, hire and coach Territory Account Executives, and drive new business growth in the Indianapolis area.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for restaurant clients and ensure delivery excellence across the sales process. You will report to a Regional VP, manage field-based activities with local travel, and live locally or relocate to Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing deals.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, flexible under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team.
• Coach your team on discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting solutions.
• Spend time enabling your team through walk-ins, prospecting, trade shows, and local partnerships.
• Collaborate with peers across the business to meet delivery expectations.
• Strategically use Salesforce and other tools to drive productivity and forecast pipelines.
• Own new business growth across your assigned district.
