Job summary

DH Pace Company in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Commercial Integrated Security Systems division. You will lead a sales team, develop accounts, and drive growth across access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and related services.

Candidates should have 3+ years of B2B sales management and outside sales in the commercial sector, be willing to travel, and proficient with proposals and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years B2B sales management and 3+ years outside B2B sales in the commercial sector
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to read blueprints and develop proposals/estimations

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and team sales objectives and goals
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage from first call to closing
• Travel to call on commercial/industrial customers and hunt new business
• Coach sales reps to maximize proposal success and accuracy
• Maintain CRM daily and ensure accurate reporting
