Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Olathe, Kansas. You will cultivate new and existing client relationships, selling access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related services and solutions.

The role requires self-direction, strong communication, and a hunter mentality to grow the customer base in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not a requirement.
• All applicants must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor: cultivate relationships with clients and develop strategic security solutions.
• Hunt new business: identify and qualify leads, generate opportunities, and convert accounts.
• Master the sales cycle: prospecting to closing with a winning sales plan.
• Design solutions: translate client needs into estimates and proposals for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients with clear communication.
