Salary ranges from $113,000 to $194,000, with relocation support offered. You will guide agency owners, connect corporate strategy to local execution, and drive district growth.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer-driven solutions and service.
• Background in leading projects or teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop and execute operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Support agency business owners and align their practices with corporate strategy.
• Coach owners on sales results and district plans.
• Assist owners in prioritizing sales activities and market opportunities.
• Manage district programs for independent agency owners.
• Build relationships with agency owners and staff.
• Source and select agency owners to fill openings.
