Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee Sales Consultants across the Minneapolis and core metro area. This role drives a performance culture, coaches talent, and leads district initiatives to achieve profitable case and gross profit growth.

You will coach, train, and provide timely feedback, manage territory planning, and leverage CRM tools to maximize consultative selling. Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in foodservice.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to use Sysco's CRM for planning and forecasting sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manages performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conducts 3–5 SC coaching sessions per week.
• Leads Friday district meetings to educate and motivate sales behavior changes.
• Drives customer engagement by enabling SCs with technology-enabled services.
• Leverages CRM for sales planning, prospecting, and engagement; uses Sysco 360.
