Qualifications

• High School education required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of profitable sales growth in foodservice; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 coaching sessions per week with SCs.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate and drive behavior changes.
