Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop sales staff.
• Ensure maximum sales performance and analyze territory trends.
• Monitor fleet utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly to keep the team informed with urgency.
• Set measurable goals for the sales team.
• Support job-site activities and remote/on-site projects.
