IQVIA seeks a District Sales Manager to lead a team of sales reps promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and healthcare professionals in the Columbus area. You will develop sales strategies, drive performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met for clients.

The role requires a 4-year degree and strong pharmaceutical sales experience; pediatric/derm experience is preferred. The potential base pay ranges from 125,000 to 135,000 USD per year, with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Pediatric/Derm experience strongly recommended.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and deliver the sales strategy and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coach and motivate the district toward meeting and exceeding objectives.
