Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a District Sales Manager in New Jersey to lead a team of pharmaceutical sales reps promoting healthcare products to general practitioners and professionals. You will develop sales strategy, coach the team, and ensure adherence to client and IQVIA obligations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and multiple years in pharmaceutical sales, with pediatric/derm experience preferred, strong leadership, planning and cross-functional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Pediatric/Derm experience is strongly recommended.
• Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment.
