Expeditors, a global logistics company, seeks a District Sales Executive in Chesapeake, VA to drive new business growth by identifying and securing opportunities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering value-added logistics solutions. The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth, recognition, and rewards based on results.

You will manage an assigned territory, build a robust sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and presenting business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and knowledge of customers, prospects, competitors.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers and prospects.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue.
• Maintain CRM data and report progress.
• Collaborate with Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources.
• Transition new accounts to operations and support onboarding.
