Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, drive delivery performance, and lead service teams across our Florida branches. You will manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload to maximize efficiency while coaching drivers and staff to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and DOT regulations, with frequent travel within the branch area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license and driving record meeting company standards (21+).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes for accurate and efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload to maximize productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and applicable regulations.
