Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of route operations or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record; must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes.
• Manage route schedules and territory coverage.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service teams.
• Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalations.
• Promote safety policies and DOT regulations where applicable.
