Palm Beach Tan is seeking a proactive District Manager to lead operations across multiple salons in the Amarillo area. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and manage staffing, training, and development to build high-performing teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail/operations experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel between locations is required; valid license and solid driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong merchandising and customer service background.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of operations/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and oversee Palm Beach Tan operations within a district.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, systems and procedures.
• Direct salons with a focus on sales-building and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, develop and maintain staff.
• Collaborate with operators and support personnel and communicate on initiatives.
