Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an Area General Manager to plan and lead operations across stores in the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company objectives.

You will drive sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, staff development, and effective inventory and merchandising. Weekly travel in a company vehicle is required.

Bachelor's degree preferred; four+ years retail management experience, big-box or multi-unit experience valued.
