Job summary

Dollar General seeks an experienced Area Leader to manage all stores within the assigned geographical area, assuming full P&L responsibility and ensuring adherence to company objectives and policies. You will drive growth, optimize inventory, and lead multi-unit operations across the region.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service excellence, with weekly travel in company-provided vehicle and a focus on recruiting, training, and development of store teams.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operations in retail, grocery or convenience store operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Big-box retail management and/or equivalent education and experience combination will be considered.
