Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Store Management experience required.
• 1-2 years of multi-store management experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores and ensure performance consistency.
• Attract and develop high-performing Head Coaches.
• Set district priorities and ensure execution of SOPs.
• Own district sales, payroll, and profit performance.
