Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a high-energy, multi-unit retail leader based in Los Angeles to build and scale Vuori’s quick-serve store experience. You will be the brand ambassador, driving a productive environment, memorable customer experiences, and community engagement while partnering with Marketing on local activations.

You will lead diverse teams, hire for store roles, coach for performance, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Expect weekend/evening shifts and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in retail management
• 4+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
• Obsessively elevating the customer experience and over-delivering
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Extensive budget management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Vuori stores in your district and drive store performance.
• Oversee hiring for all store roles and build diverse, customer-focused teams.
• Coach Store Managers with performance feedback and development plans.
• Ensure HR compliance and resolve employee issues with HR/People teams.
• Maintain training materials and relay feedback to HQ to improve programs.
• Act as liaison between HQ and stores to improve business and employee experience.
• Lead budget planning and monitor district/store financial performance.
• Ensure visual merchandizing and store standards (VM) are consistent across stores.
