Job summary

Vuori is seeking a results-driven leader to manage a district of stores in the Los Angeles area, delivering a fun, high-performance customer experience. You will partner with Marketing to design local activations and events, recruit, train, and coach store teams, and drive district growth across revenue, VM, and budget targets.

The role demands extensive experience in retail leadership, strong HR skills, and a passion for brand storytelling through community engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in retail management.
• 4+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience.
• Extensive budget management experience.
• Expertise in human resources: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a district of Vuori stores with in-person visits and development conversations.
• Oversee hiring for all store roles and build diverse teams.
• Coach Store Managers on performance feedback and Vuori values.
• Ensure HR compliance and resolve employee issues in district.
• Participate in onboarding/training material updates and share feedback with HQ.
