Job summary

FlowerHire is seeking a Retail District Manager to lead a Colorado-based team for a growing cannabis retailer. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit goals by executing cross-functional plans and developing Store Managers through succession planning and performance management.

You will ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards across stores. Responsibilities include KPI analysis, scheduling optimization, staff development, loss prevention, and collaboration with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Multi-Unit Manager or 5-7 years as a Store Manager for a large volume store or in a comparable role
• Strong commitment and experience with providing a high level of customer service
• Ability to coach and counsel staff and performance management and progressive discipline techniques

Responsibilities

• Regularly analyze and follow up sales & profit KPIs and take actions accordingly
• Oversee scheduling and hours planning to maximize conversion and align with the budget
• Recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for stores
• Ensure health & safety, legal and security issues meet Company standards and local laws
