Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations.
• Industry: wireless, consumer electronics, or related.
• Ability to analyze district-level metrics and drive growth.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store leaders, set district goals, and align with Verizon’s objectives.
• Monitor sales and service performance; coach for improvement and growth.
• Oversee district-wide operations: inventory, cash handling, scheduling, compliance.
• Recruit and retain top talent; conduct interviews and support onboarding.
• Facilitate district-wide meetings and performance reviews.
