Job summary

BeMobile, Inc. is seeking a District Leader to inspire store leaders, drive operational excellence, and accelerate growth across your market.

The role requires residing in the district and traveling between locations, with a valid driver's license. You will analyze district metrics, coach leaders, manage budgets, forecast, and lead district-wide meetings while creating a world-class customer experience and ensuring profitable store operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within wireless, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related industry.
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive improvement and growth.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams while driving performance and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: connect with Store Leaders, set goals, and align district with BeMobile’s vision and Verizon’s objectives.
• Drive Results: monitor sales metrics, coach for improvement, and ensure locations meet or exceed goals.
• Operational Excellence: oversee inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance for profitable store operations.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: mentor Store Leaders through feedback and recognition.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: partner with Store Leaders to recruit top performers and reduce turnover.
• Be the Connector: ensure team understands and executes key company initiatives across districts.
• Innovate & Integrate: foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the district.
• Hands-On Leadership: lead by example on the sales floor and in customer service.
