Job summary

BeMobile is seeking a District Leader to drive growth and operational excellence across multiple store locations. You will support store leaders, analyze district performance, coach teams, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while traveling between locations.

The role requires residency within the district, regular travel, a valid driver's license, and a focus on hiring, development, and aligning stores with Verizon objectives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 3-5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations within the wireless, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related industry.
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to drive improvement and growth.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams while driving performance and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Store Leaders, setting clear goals and aligning the district with BeMobile’s vision and Verizon’s objectives.
• Drive sales, service, and performance across all stores and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Oversee district-wide operations including inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance to keep stores running smoothly and profitably.
• Coach and develop Store Leaders through feedback, mentoring, and recognition to strengthen teams.
• Recruit and retain top talent by conducting interviews and building strong, future-ready teams.
• Be the connector who communicates company initiatives and drives cross-team alignment across the district.
• Lead with a hands-on approach, supporting store teams and removing obstacles to drive results across the district.
