Job summary

BeMobile is seeking a District Leader to drive performance, develop leaders across multiple store locations, and ensure exceptional customer experience in your district. You will lead with accountability, coach teams, and align store operations with Verizon objectives to deliver strong results.

You will travel between stores within the district, hold a valid driver’s license, and contribute to recruiting and retaining top talent while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading multiple retail locations in wireless/consumer electronics or related industry.
• Ability to analyze district-level performance metrics and implement growth strategies.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate leaders and teams while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: set goals with Store Leaders and align the district with company vision and objectives.
• Drive Results: monitor sales metrics and ensure locations meet or exceed goals.
• Operational Excellence: oversee inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance.
• Coach & Develop Leaders: mentor Store Leaders through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: partner with Store Leaders to hire top performers and reduce turnover.
