• 5+ years of experience supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• Multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience developing multimillion-dollar budgets and plans to exceed financial expectations.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Experience creating and leading projects.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establishes and maintains SOPs.
• Demonstrated capacity to embrace change.
