Job summary

CVS Health, a leader in health solutions, seeks a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacy scheduling across the district and support store teams. You will help manage patient care, immunizations, and ensure safe dispensing under the Pharmacy Manager's guidance.

Responsibilities include covering shifts, coaching staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding CVS policies and patient privacy. Travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Provide immunization services and coach the pharmacy team to do the same.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and protect cold chain products.
• Support access to care and assist with patient care journeys as needed.
