Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to support stores across the district with scheduling, coverage, and patient care. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to ensure safe dispensing and exemplary service.

The role requires travel within the district, immunization delivery where permissible, inventory oversight with cold-chain focus, and strict adherence to federal/state laws and CVS Health policies to protect patient safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Maintain patient safety by ensuring accurate dispensing and counseling.
• Immunize and support pharmacists to deliver clinical care where permissible.
• Manage inventory with focus on cold-chain products and compliance with policies.
