• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled; oversee pharmacy operations
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and guide pharmacy team procedures
• Assume Pharmacy Manager duties as the on-duty pharmacist and provide clinical care where permissible
