Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district and to support the pharmacy team in dispensing, counseling, and immunization services. You will act as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts and travel within the district to ensure coverage and patient care.

The role requires an active pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
