Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist with dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts and support the team.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Support immunizations and patient care within CVS Health guidelines.
