Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Live CVS Health values by supporting pharmacy teams and managing patient care in the district.
• Travel within the district to fill shifts and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
