Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to help cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district. You will support pharmacy teams, supervise shifts when needed, and ensure safe dispensing and patient care in a fast-paced retail environment.

This part-time role emphasizes immunization services, counseling, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager and district leadership to maintain high standards of patient safety and service.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator.
• Support the pharmacy team and act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
