Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the store state.
• Current NPI registration.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Counsel patients, immunize where permissible, and ensure safe dispensing.
