Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and ensure patient safety by confirming prescription information and labeling accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork; assist patients and colleagues.
