• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Verify prescription information and labeling for accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Support pharmacist scheduling gaps and oversee pharmacy workflow.
• Provide immunizations and clinical care where permissible; coach staff.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and protect cold chain products.
• Maintain safe, inclusive team dynamics and adapt to business needs.
