Job summary

CVS Health in New Jersey is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across stores, supporting the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader, and ensuring safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.

You will travel within the district, oversee pharmacy operations, coach teammates, immunize, manage inventory, and uphold compliance, safety, and quality while delivering compassionate care to patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Support immunization services and coaching of Pharmacy Technicians.
