Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to lead and support pharmacy teams across stores within the district. You will help manage patient care, ensure compliant dispensing, immunizations, and effective collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager and district leadership.

You will travel to stores as needed, cover shifts, and coach staff on safe medication practices while upholding CVS policies and regulatory requirements to protect patient safety and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of the store.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled.
• Support pharmacy operations and supervise bench shifts as needed.
• Deliver immunizations and counseling to patients.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling for patient safety.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws and CVS policies.
