Job summary

CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists to cover pharmacist shifts across a district, supporting stores and the Pharmacy Manager. You will model excellence, provide compassionate care, and ensure safe dispensing and immunizations.

You will travel within a reasonable radius, support scheduling, and lead the pharmacy team’s adherence to policy and workflow while maintaining patient safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the DPC.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager when on duty.
• Guide the pharmacy team to follow safety and workflow procedures.
• Assist in immunization delivery and patient counseling to improve care.
• Maintain inventory control and protect cold chain products across stores.
