Job summary

You will travel within a reasonable radius, support patient care with safe dispensing, counseling and immunizations, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district and support pharmacy teams.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager proxy during bench shifts without overlap.
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing and counseling per workflow procedures.
• Support immunization services and clinical care where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and CVS Health policies.
