• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and oversee the pharmacy team when acting as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
