Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and District Leader; cover scheduling gaps.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Provide immunizations where permissible and coach pharmacy staff.
