Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing and counseling.
• Travel within district to fill pharmacist shifts and cover bench shifts.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures and protect patient safety.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager proxy during shifts.
• Coach the team to deliver compassionate patient care.
• Support immunizations and vaccines when permissible.
• Manage inventory with cold chain protections.
• Maintain compliance with laws and CVS policies.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and inclusive teamwork.
