Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district. You will work under the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader to support pharmacy teams and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and support pharmacy teams during bench shifts in stores across the district.
• Assist with immunizations, counseling, and safe dispensing practices to ensure patient safety.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by offering compassionate care and resolving insurance/medication issues.
