Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacy scheduling gaps and support the pharmacy team across stores in the district. This role focuses on safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader.

The DSP will travel to fill shifts, oversee pharmacy operations when needed, and maintain patient safety while delivering compassionate care in a retail setting. 15 hours per week, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist with required trainings within designated timeframes.
• Support patient experiences through accurate dispensing and counseling.
