CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist shifts across stores in the district, supporting the Pharmacy Manager and district leaders. You will help ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and patient counseling while traveling to stores to fill shifts.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Complete required training within designated timeframe.
Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot as needed to meet patient and business needs.
Assist patients with prescription labeling and safety, and provide customer service with empathy.
Support immunization services and coach technicians in immunization delivery.
Manage pharmacy inventory and safeguarding cold chain products.
