Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across stores within the district. You will act as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during shifts, oversee dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices, and ensure safe workflow and patient care across multiple locations.

The role requires active pharmacist licensure in the state, an active NPI, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Actively ensure prescription labeling accuracy and patient safety.
