Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise pharmacy operations across the district.
• Fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled and act as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
