Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district, under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager. You will support the pharmacy team with dispensing, counseling, and immunizations as needed.

Travel within a reasonable district radius is required to cover shifts and maintain patient care. Regular attendance, training completion, and compliance with laws are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Assist in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
