Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to help cover pharmacist shifts across stores in the district and support the pharmacy team under the Pharmacy Manager. You will travel to assigned locations to ensure safe dispensing, immunization services, and patient care excellence.

You will take on Pharmacy Manager duties when needed, mentor staff, and contribute to a safe, accurate, and compliant pharmacy operation in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the eligible store state.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist shifts as scheduled and oversee the pharmacy in the manager's absence.
• Support safe dispensing, immunizations, and patient-care activities across stores.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
